You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at hello@bloombyrozehealth.com or through your patient portal.
Cancellations submitted before your next scheduled billing date will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to services through the end of the paid period.
We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once it has begun.
Fees associated with compounded medications are processed through our compounding pharmacy partner and are governed by the pharmacy’s own return and refund policy. Once a prescription order has been submitted and processed, pharmacy fees are generally non-refundable.
If a medication cannot be fulfilled due to clinical or regulatory reasons, any applicable pharmacy fee will be refunded in full.
Completed consultations are non-refundable. If you miss a scheduled consultation without advance notice, the consultation fee (if applicable) will be forfeited.
If a scheduled consultation is cancelled by Bloom by Roze Health for any reason, you will receive a full credit toward a future consultation.
Supplements ordered through the Fullscript dispensary are subject to Fullscript’s own refund and return policy. Bloom by Roze Health does not control or process refunds for supplement purchases.
Refund exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of documented clinical error, significant service failure, or other extraordinary circumstances. To submit a refund request, contact us in writing at care@bloombyrozehealth.com with a description of your concern.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within five business days.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Bloom to resolve a billing concern may result in suspension or termination of your account. We encourage you to reach out directly — we are committed to resolving disputes fairly.
